This was a simple 1-light set-up. You can actually see the reflection of the softbox from the big round eyes of Baby Ashley :D
With taking pics of babies, the key to success isn't the lighting... It's patience :D
Of course they can't smile on cue and it's sometimes hard to anticipate their mood, so I've had experiences before of taking pics of babies for a few hours and after a hundred shots, we'll only end up with a few good pics :D
I really don't mind though since it's not frustrating at all and I enjoy watching the cute little ones and waiting for their super cute and innocent smiles :D
Mommy Leah and Daddy Chris, let's meet up again after the wedding for the follow-up shoot! :D
